• This job is a member of the GSE Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
\n
• Responsible for working collaboratively and cross-functionally in determining ground support equipment needs and allocations for both internal and external GSE shop operations.
\n
• Work to develop business case solutions to support equipment acquisition

• Coordinate and develop annual GSE CAPEX plans
\n

• Establishes, develops, and maintains reports for AA GSE in applicable CMMS system.
\n • Ensures continuing safety, compliance, dependability and reliability in their area of responsibility.
\n • Develops and maintains various equipment parts programs as required/directed.
\n • Partners with all equipment manufacturers to be aware of the equipment issues relating to failures and or recalls.
\n • Develops and maintains policy and procedures as it relates to GSE Operations.
\n • Ensure all GSE team members training requirements are met.
\n • Plan, direct and oversee GSE maintenance operations under span of control.
\n • Works directly with GSE buyer on purchases for GSE Campaigns and programs
\n • Coordinates directly with the Director of GSE in developing and administering programs, procedures and budgets concerning all equipment, in designated maintenance stations
\n • Manages and has oversight of all AA GSE operations at HUB and Spoke stations
\n •  Leads a team of Managers at multiple locations to ensure all performance metrics are met.
\n Review and approve applicable invoices to ensure they are correct and complete.
\n • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) if applicable

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

\n

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
\n • 7 years experience in leading and developing team members
\n • Experience in working with raw database data

\n

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

\n

• 5 years experience with equipment vendors, customer service, and station employees
\n • 5 years experience with analytical cost justification for equipment replacements

\n

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

\n

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
\n • Ability to work independently and capability to handle multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines and priorities
\n • Ability to build, lead, and direct global partners to accomplish tasks and goals within deadlines and budget
\n • Ability to analyze raw data from CMMS systems in order to make business decisions based on data analysis
\n • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) if applicable
\n Must have or be willing to obtain valid passport
\n • Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or a US Customs security badges, if applicable
