RESTAURANT HOST AND SERVER

We are seeking a friendly, hospitable, professional, and dependable candidate to join our team.

As a key member of our team and one of the faces of our restaurant, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests at the reception area and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Assist with seating and maintaining an organized, welcoming dining room.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable information about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Work with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and work effectively with the entire restaurant team.
• Complete side work, cleaning, restocking, and other assigned tasks.
• Use slower shifts productively by preparing for the next busy period.
• Follow restaurant policies, service standards, and health and safety guidelines.
• Take initiative, help coworkers when needed, and contribute to a positive team environment.
