Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . Competitive compensation with expected annual income between $205,000 and $400,000, with no production targets
Clinical mentorship and development , including generous in-house CE, outside CE credits, and local clinical mentorship
Advanced dental technology , including 3D iTero scanners and lasers, with in-house certification programs
Comprehensive practice support , including marketing, patient flow, and administrative resources that allow Doctors to focus on patient care
Collaborative clinical team , including dental hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and in-house dental specialists

Full-time General Dentist opportunity
Predominantly PPO patient base
Comprehensive dental practice
Access to a full team of in-house Board Eligible and Board Certified specialists
Compensation based on a percentage of production
No production targets
Strong clinical, administrative, and practice management support
5 days per week
Monday through Friday
Potential for 1–2 Saturdays per month

Malpractice coverage
Additional CE credits and partial license and DEA reimbursement after two years
Graduate of an accredited dental school
Current applicable Oklahoma dental license, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
3+ years of experience preferred
