If you like working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, Premier Lighting may be the perfect fit.Job SummaryAssembly Line Associates assemble various light fixtures as needed to fill customer orders. Associates also repair or alter previously built fixtures as needed.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic lighting fixtures as assigned by Team Leader or ManagerCommunicate with Team Leader or Manager as required to complete assignmentsCommunicate with Team Leader when tools, supplies or parts are neededOther duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceGeneral knowledge of mechanical assemblyAbility to work with multiple materials and various power toolsPrior experience working on an assembly line and/or in a warehouse strongly preferredMust be able to understand and follow verbal and written workplace instructions in EnglishHigh School Diploma or GED strongly preferredValid Arizona Driver's License requiredKey CompetenciesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailBasic math skillsAccurately and safely use tools such as a tape measure, grinder, soldering iron, and other tools.Good verbal communication skillsPersonal organizational skillsAbility to participate as a team memberAbility to understand and follow detailed assembly instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing prioritiesCustomer service attitudePhysical RequirementStanding for extended periodsReaching, bending, kneeling, or other physical movement as necessaryUsing computers, tools, equipment, and other items required for the positionLifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.Working in partially outdoor environmentsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation – $20 per hourFull-Time HourlyWork hours generally from 5:30 am to 2:00 pmBenefits AvailablePTO and Sick timeInsurance – Medical, Dental and Vision401(k) Plan with company matchSupplemental Insurance Plans
